When your relationship is far from harmonious, couples therapy, or couples counselling, as its also called, can really help.
Inevitably, intimate couple relationships can be challenging at times. This can just be part of the ups and downs of being in relationship.
Yet sometimes the challenges can be potentially overwhelming and some help can make a huge difference.
My approach as a couples therapist is non-judgemental and compassionate. I bring my sensitive, empathic listening and balanced awareness to support you both to find your way through challenges.
I help you explore personal issues in a way that feels safe and supportive.

Music Imagery Therapy
I also offer Music Imagery Therapy, which is a music-centred integrative form of psychotherapy.
If you are looking for a more creative and experiential approach to support you then music imagery therapy could well be for you.
It is particularly effective when support is required to help with issues such as loss, major life transitions and changes, depression, anxiety, stress, fibromyalgia, burn-out and to help with finding new direction and strengthening inner resources.
No musical or other creative skills are required, just the willingness to listen to pre-recorded music, often classical, in a very relaxed state. I help support you in this deeply relaxed state as the music evokes feelings, imagery, memories or body sensations. This gentle, yet powerful, method for deepening awareness and connecting to your unconscious supports positive change with health and wellbeing.
