I am a qualified Therapeutic Counsellor. I offer a warm, supportive and confidential counselling space where we can explore and gain a clearer understanding of your life events and behaviours, which can sometimes be linked to the past.
In my work I draw upon a wide range of training and life experience and have gained an understanding of a broad range of issues, including addiction, Aspergers syndrome, end of life experience, parenting, bereavement, self-esteem and relationship issues.
Some people find that working creatively with paint, clay, writing, poetry or drawing, can provide a medium with which to express difficult thoughts and feelings. I can support you to find creative ways to express yourself should you want to.
I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and abide by their ethics and code of conduct.
