Voice and Personal Impact Coach

Kate Firth PhotoKate is a voice and personal impact coach. Her expertise is in helping you find your voice in order to communicate effectively and influentially. Kate’s holistic psychological approach recognises the need to go beyond simply using techniques if we want to feel and sound authentic. Our voices don’t operate in a vacuum: we can’t separate our voices from who we really are. Finding your voice also means exploring who you are and aligning your behaviour, voice and words with who you are by exploring your sense of professional and personal purpose, identity and values. Voice and Personal Impact coaching enables you to speak and relate to others from a grounded, aware and powerful place in yourself. This is the driving force behind a voice that feels and sounds truthful and free, and inspires others.

Kate can help you free up and strengthen your voice, feel more comfortable in your own skin and find the appropriate body language for your message, and develop inspiring and memorable language for communicating your message memorably. Coaching with Kate moves beyond practical skills to explore how you use your voice powerfully and responsibly to become someone with a positive influence on your relationships and your work life.
