Humanist and Integrative Psychotherapy

Mary Robson

I hold the optimistic, yet realistic belief that everyone, no matter what situation they’re in, or how challenging their past has been, has the potential within them to discover constructive and effective ways to meet life’s challenges. Responding to each client as a unique individual, I use my professional experience to create a therapeutic relationship conducive to exploring problems, and reflecting on how past experiences may be contributing to current feelings and challenges. I bring to this collaborative relationship my empathic, intuitive nature, working with integrity in a gentle yet facilitative way, helping you find answers within yourself, supporting you as you gain more clarity in your life, and fostering healing and growth.

I work holistically, with attention to how we experience life on physical, emotional and spiritual levels. I’m fascinated in the potential for integrating Eastern and Western approaches, enhancing the interrelation between mind, body, and spirit, harmonising the way in which we engage with our environment and our relationship with self and others.
Since 2009 I have been supporting people with a variety of problems including addictions, depression, stress, anxiety, anger, self-harm, parenting problems, bereavement, effects of childhood trauma, suicidal despair, fear, unemployment, work issues, loneliness, and spiritual uncertainty. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life.

I invite you to phone, or visit my website for further information.
