Integrative Psychotherapist

I offer a safe, confidential and professional space where we can explore whatever you would like to explore or change in your life. I have experience in trauma, attachment, loss and bereavement, anxiety and depression.

I have 8 years in practice and my therapeutic approach is based on your needs as a client. My theoretical foundations combine Object Relations Schools of Thought, Intersubjectivity and Neuroscience and also uses phenomenological approaches with a freedom & openness to spirituality. I am dedicated, committed and carefully engaged in therapy that has my clients at the centre of the work I undertake.

I have specialised skill and experience in trauma work especially bereavement and sudden death, domestic and sexual violence. I have experience in a variety of mental health issues and phobic behaviours.

I am also a Senior Leader and Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator with 17 years experience working creatively to motivate children and young adults who have emotional, behavioural and social difficulties and other complex needs. I am head of art and I have worked in diverse settings including prisons, secure units and specialised school settings engaging children in their education and supporting them in managing their behaviours in living more safely self expressed lives.

I trust and honour the work I do and I am humbled by the vast complexities and divergence of our existence.
